August 22nd 10am-11:30am at The Village Collective, Ettlaong Beach Join Doula Kathryn for a morning of connection, sharing and chatting all things birth and postpartum. This month we will focus on breathwork for birth and practice together so by the end of the session you will feel confident in tapping into the power of your breath during birth. All while enjoying teas and homemade treats! Limited spots available.
