Mamma Nurture Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mamma Nurture (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking doula support, attending a workshop, or purchasing digital resources, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These ensure that expectations are clear and that we can create a supportive and respectful experience together.

1. Our Services

We provide:

Doula and birth support services (pregnancy, birth, and postpartum).
Workshops, classes and gatherings for pregnant mothers and families
Digital downloads and online resources designed to educate and nurture.

Please note: Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your healthcare provider regarding your personal health or medical concerns.

2. Bookings & Payments

Doula services: A deposit is required to secure your place in my calendar. The rest of the balance is due by 38 weeks of pregnancy.
Workshops & events: Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited and cannot be held without payment.
Digital downloads: Once purchased you will receive immediate access via email or download link.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Doula services: Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your support period. If I am unable to attend your birth due to illness or emergency, a back-up doula (if available) will be offered or a partial refund will be arranged.
Workshops & events: Are non refundable
Digital products: All sales are final. As downloads are instantly accessible no refunds can be issued.

4. Health, Safety and Responsibility

Participation in workshops, circles, or classes is at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing, including consulting your healthcare provider where appropriate.
During labour and birth you (and your chosen care providers) remain the decision-makers. My role is to support, guide, and advocate but not to make medical decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All resources including workshop materials, course content and digital downloads are the intellectual property of Mamma Nurture. They are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared or redistributed without written permission.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared with me (whether in sessions, bookings, or workshops) will be kept confidential.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
