About Reconnect
Join me and other mamma of 2020 for a tailor-made gathering encompassing all of the things you might feel you missed out on whilst on maternity leave last year.
​
Held over 6 weeks Reconnect is a weekly one-hour gathering of like-minded mammas of 2020. I will also be inviting a series of industry experts to share their knowledge, practical tips and tools to guide us through different areas of the mammahood journey.

The details:

Dates: 6 weekly gatherings starting Saturday's 27 March - 10 May 2021 (no gathering on 3 April)
​
Timing: 8:30am - 9:30am (or coffee at 8am at the café next door)
​
Location: Luna Physiotherapy, Daley Point, Empire Drive, Central Coast NSW
​
Special inclusions: private FB group to carry on our beautiful conversations. weekly worksheets, Journal and pen, take home goodies along the way.
Industry experts include: Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, Postpartum Doula, Meditation and Sound Bath Practitioner.
Price: $147 for the full 6 weeks

Week 1 - 27 March
Releasing
All that was 2020 and welcoming new beginnings through a beautiful mindful activity and meditation.
Week 4 - 1 May
Resting

Practical tips, tools and techniques to create healthy sleep habits, making our own calming sleep masks and finish with a yoga nidra.
Week 2 - April 10
Matrescence
​
Unpacking - Who are you now you are a mother? There will be sharing, journaling and questioning and practical tools to help us feel whole again.
Week 5 - 8 May
Moving
​
Joined by a, physiotherapist who will share the inner workings our female bodies need for a full recovery after having a baby and how to support our bodies back in a working environment.
Week 3 - 17 May
Nourishing
​
Joined by a nutritionist who will share food, herbs, spices, snacks and teas we need to boost energy, vitality. Along with quick and easy recipes and meal plans for us busy mammas.
Week 6 - 22 May
You are enough
​
Unpacking the 'good enough mother', the 'superwoman' concept and all that goes with our inner feelings and overwhelm of being a mother. Ending with an incredible Sound Bath.
