26 September 10am-11:30am at The Village Collective, Ettlaong Beach Join Doula Kathryn for a morning of connection, sharing and chatting all things birth and postpartum. This month we are going to focus on the fourth trimester. We will talk about how to set yourself up for a calm and connected fourth trimester and all that comes with those beautifully intense first couple of months at home with your newborn. All while enjoying teas and homemade treats! Limited spots available.
