28 November 10am-11:30am at The Village Collective, Ettalong Beach Join Doula Kathryn for a morning of connection, sharing and chatting all things birth and postpartum. This month we are going to focus on Mindful Hypnobirthing for birth and will include my hypnobirthing tracks to practice at home. All while enjoying teas and homemade treats! Limited spots available.
