Come enjoy a nourishing meal, build knowledge to prepare for birth and postpartum, along with meeting other like-minded parents-to-be. 29 October 7:00pm-8:45pm @The Village Collective in Ettalong Beach This month we will be joined by Carmen De Bruyn will be sharing: *EFT Tapping for birth giving specific tapping techniques to help with the beautiful intensity of birth. *EFT Tapping for supporting overhwhelm and anxiety in postpartum. You will be treated to a Ayurvedic Meal for you both. The ticket below covers both you and your partner ($40 per couple).
