Mindful Hypnobirthing - August

Service Description

My hypnobirthing course is slightly different than others out there as it joins together Mindfulness and Hypnosis this means that you won't learn just breathing and relaxation (hint: that's not hypnosis or mindfulness). You will learn how to amplify the effect of these using hypnosis, alongside some powerful and simple birth mindfulness. I will also birth basics and how to support yourself in your fourth trimester. This course will be a small group so it means you get to focus on your needs and breakdown any fears or worries you have around birth. You will leave the course feeling so empowered and prepared mentally, emotional and spiritual for the birth of your baby and the birth of you the mother. I will also give you meditation and hypnosis tracks to enjoy and use at home and during your birth. Details: 5th and 6th August 9:30am-1:30pm Pretzel Studio, Bovey Tracey £230 per couple Don’t worry there will be tea and nibbles to keep us going and a little breaks to move around and stay comfy.
